Corporate social responsibility (CSR)
This year, we have chosen to donate to the World Wildlife Fund’s (WWF) important work in saving the earth’s rainforests.
We at Lifts All AB shall act responsibly and respect the world around us. We do not accept nor condone child labour or any form of forced labour at Lifts All or at any of our suppliers worldwide. As far as possible, we will ensure that our products are manufactured under good working conditions.
We are dedicated to protecting human rights and shall act towards achieving this goal. As part of our ongoing work in this area, we support non-profit organizations and charities that work in various ways toward a better future for everyone on the planet.
Our efforts toward improving the environment shall include continuous evaluation of what we do from the perspective of its environmental impact. Our goal is to reduce our impact on the environment and counter the carbon footprint of every department in our company. We shall evaluate all our environmental efforts on a regular basis to ensure that our environmental goals are achieved.
Lifts All shall offer products of high quality to contribute towards a more sustainable world. Our products are mainly powered by compressed air, which is an energy-efficient alternative. By limiting the use of energy resources, our products limit their carbon footprint. Furthermore, the services we offer with our products promote the best conditions for a safe and faultless product that remains useful and usable for decades.
As much as possible, we shall recycle the waste from our office and workshop.
We shall streamline our travelling needs and all company cars shall be electric.
We will abide by the current environmental legislations that govern us.
All employees at Lifts All shall be treated with respect. They shall be provided with opportunities for development and growth in a safe and pleasant working environment.
Lifts All shall be a workplace that is conducive for development and stimulating for all who work here. We do not accept any form of bullying or harassment. Our work environment will be infused with openness. Every individual will be treated equally, and with consideration.
Lifts All will be an injury-free organisation where risks for work-related injuries and illnesses are highlighted and appropriate action is taken immediately. This can be achieved by integrating Health and Safety in all we do, and by encouraging leadership that promotes health and safety in the workplace. We regularly carry out safety rounds where we check the levels of safety in our workplace to ensure that the working environment is safe for all our employees.
We shall fulfil the legislations of the Work Environment Act that apply to us and strive to continuously improve our working environment in all aspects – organisationally, socially and physically.
